Process automation of entire contingent and services hiring process. Detailed reporting into location, work and duration of resources. Complete visibility into total external services, contingent and contractor spend. Onboarding functionality for personnel, e.g. Vendor performance metrics and supplier qualification and vetting. Accurate billing and invoicing and seamless integration with AP. 
Easy requisition creation (job descriptions pre-populated etc). The application can support any contingent management program, including those managed in-house or through one or more managed service providers. The SAP® Fieldglass Contingent Workforce Management application streamlines and automates the entire process of procuring and managing temporary and contract labor, from requisition all the way through invoice and payment.
